Shiny Rock is by Champion Sire Fastnet Rock and out of the imported mare Shakeyourbody. Her overseas progeny includes the French Stakes winner Skyward, who has since been imported to race in Australia. This colt has not been rushed and although he has trialled twice, he has not yet been to the races.
